§ 55-50-353 — Sexual, violent sexual, violent juvenile sexual offender identification - Human trafficker identification

(a)When the department issues or renews a driver license or photo identification card to a sexual offender, violent sexual offender or violent juvenile sexual offender as required by § 40-39-213 , the driver license or photo identification card shall bear a designation sufficient to enable a law enforcement officer to identify the bearer of the license or card as a sexual offender, violent sexual offender or violent juvenile sexual offender.
(b)When the department issues or renews a driver license or photo identification license to a person convicted of a human trafficking offense, as defined in § 39-13-314 , the driver license or photo identification license must bear a designation sufficient to enable a law enforcement officer to identify the bearer of the license as a person who has b
