(a)(1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided for in § 55-4-204 , shall be issued a Promote Peace new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c) .
(2)The new specialty earmarked plates provided for in this subsection (a) must be designed in consultation with representatives of the Madison/Goodlettsville Rotary club and the Promote Peace Foundation.
(3)The funds produced from the sale of Promote Peace new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to the Promote Peace Foundation in accordance with § 55-4-301 . The funds must be u

(b) (1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided for in § 55-4-204 , shall be issued a 100 Black Men new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c) . (2) The new specialty earmarked plates provided for in this subsection (b) must be designed in consultation with a representative of 100 Black Men of Memphis, Inc. (3) The funds produced from the sale of 100 Black Men new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to 100 Black Men of Memphis, Inc., in accordance with § 55-4-301 . The funds must be used exclusively in this state to support the organization's mission to support local communities and mentor and develop young people into future leaders through programs and services focusing on the areas of mentoring, education, health and wellness, and economic empowerment. (c) (1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided for in § 55-4-204 , shall be issued an America at Its Best new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c) . (2) The new specialty earmarked plates provided for in this section must be designed in consultation with a representative of Coalesce Social Services, Inc. (3) The funds produced from the sale of America at Its Best new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to Coalesce Social Services, Inc., in accordance with § 55-4-301 . The funds must be used exclusively to provide transitional housing and related services to persons experiencing homelessness. (d) (1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided in § 55-4-204 , shall be issued a Volunteerism and Service new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c) . (2) The new specialty earmarked license plates authorized by this subsection (d) must be of an appropriate design or logo representative of the mission of Friends of Volunteer Tennessee. The plates must be designed in consultation with a representative from Friends of Volunteer Tennessee. (3) The funds produced from the sale of Volunteerism and Service new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to Friends of Volunteer Tennessee, in accordance with § 55-4-301 . The funds must be used exclusively to support the programs and services of Volunteer Tennessee, including fundraising and managing donations, overseeing grants, training services, and supporting the Tennessee Conference on Volunteerism and Service-Learning and the Governor's Volunteer Stars Awards.
