Text
No political subdivision may by ordinance, resolution, or any other means prohibit or regulate within the jurisdictional boundaries of the political subdivision the use of:
(1)An ADS-operated vehicle that is operating in compliance with this chapter and otherwise complies with all laws of the political subdivision; or (2) A motor vehicle operated at any level of autonomous technology, as defined by § 55-9-105(c)(6)(B) , not otherwise included in this chapter.
