§ 55-22-102 — Authority of county legislative body with respect to conduct of races and regulation and licensure of automobile race tracks

A county legislative body shall have the authority to:

(1)Provide for the times, dates, and conditions under which motor vehicle races shall be conducted; and (2) Establish any other rule relative to the regulation and licensure of automobile race tracks that the county legislative body deems prudent and advisable.
