Text

(a)No person shall engage in business as, serve in the capacity of, or act as a manufacturer, recreational vehicle factory representative, or recreational vehicle dealer, without first obtaining a license as required in this part.
(b)It is unlawful for any person to commercially engage in any activity involving the distribution or sale of any recreational vehicles or used motor vehicles pursuant to § 55-17-419 without first qualifying for and obtaining a license or licenses specifically authorized by this part or, in the case of vehicle salespersons, part 1 of this chapter, unless the requirement for licensure is specifically exempted by statute.
