§ 49-7-2121 — Eligibility - Impairment of contract

Nothing in this part:
(1)Prevents a student athlete from relinquishing the athlete's eligibility to compete in intercollegiate sports and then signing an agency contract; or (2) Impairs the validity of an agency contract entered into prior to July 1, 2001.
