§ 49-7-1908 — Severability

Tennessee·Title 49
If any provision of this part or its application to a person or circumstance is held invalid, then the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this part that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end, the provisions of this part are severable.
