Text

(a)Each public institution of higher education is strongly encouraged to offer instruction aimed at increasing the awareness and prevention of hate crime offenses, sexual assault, sexual battery, sexual harassment, and date rape to all students.
(b)Each public institution of higher education shall require all entering freshmen during orientation or introductory studies to receive instruction aimed at increasing the awareness and prevention of sexual assault, sexual battery, sexual harassment, and date rape.
