Text

(a)No person who is required to register for the federal draft under 50 U.S.C. § 3802 shall be eligible to enroll in any state postsecondary school until the person has registered for the draft.
(b)The state board of regents, state university boards of trustees, and the board of trustees of the University of Tennessee are authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this section. The rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
