(a)As used in this section:
(1)"Eligible school" means a public high school that is eligible to participate in the community eligibility provision under the national school lunch program pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1759a ; and (2) "Feminine hygiene product":
(A)Means any product to be used by women with respect to menstruation or other genital-tract secretions; and (B) Includes tampons and sanitary napkins.
(b)Each LEA is authorized to provide feminine hygiene products, at no charge, in all women's and girl's bathrooms and locker rooms in an eligible school building where instruction is provided, excluding any bathrooms and locker rooms specifically designated for teacher or staff use. The feminine hygiene products are for student use only.
