(a)By September 1, 2021, and each September 1 thereafter, LEAs and participating public charter schools shall submit the results of all post-tests administered to the LEA's or participating public charter school's students as part of the after-school learning mini-camps, learning loss bridge camps, and summer learning camps to the department.
(b)(1) The department shall develop a Tennessee Learning Loss Remediation and Student Acceleration Act progress report to provide information about the effectiveness of the learning loss remediation and student acceleration program to the governor and the general assembly.
(2)The progress report must include:
(A)A statewide summary and interpretation of the information provided by LEAs and public charter schools pursuant to subsection (a);
