Text

(a)A high school student who completes an early high school graduation program pursuant to § 49-6-8103 must be counted as enrolled in the LEA from which the student graduated for the remainder of the school year in which the student graduated early for purposes of calculating the LEA's ADM or FTEADM for the respective school year.
(b)This section is repealed on July 1, 2023.
