Text

(a)The state matching funds for the school lunch program, as defined in this section, shall be distributed to every participating LEA.
(b)Appropriations for the school lunch program shall be used as matching requirements prescribed by Public Law 91-248 ( 42 U.S.C. § 1752 et seq.), for disbursement to LEAs for lunches that meet national nutritional requirements as prescribed by the United States department of agriculture and as approved by the commissioner, served to eligible children in all grades that are approved to participate in the national school lunch program.
(c)The amount so disbursed shall not exceed the required matching amount as prescribed by Public Law 91-248.
(d)The state matching funds shall be distributed only to a participating LEA that is in compliance with the Tenne
