Text

(a)The department shall publish a link to the course access catalog in a prominent location on the department's website that includes:
(1)A list of approved course providers;
(2)A list of courses offered by approved providers available through the course access program;
(3)A detailed description of the courses; and (4) All available student course completion and outcome data in a manner that protects student privacy in compliance with chapter 1, part 7 of this title, § 10-7-504 , and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) ( 20 U.S.C. § 1232g ).
(b)The department shall make publicly available each year the following information concerning the course access program:
(1)The number of students participating in the course access program and the total number of courses in wh
