§ 49-11-610 — Eligibility for services
Tennessee·Title 49
Vocational rehabilitation services shall be provided to any individual with a disability in accordance with a policy or policies promulgated by the department:
(1)Whose vocational rehabilitation the director determines, after full investigation, can be satisfactorily achieved; or (2) Who is eligible for vocational rehabilitation under the terms of an agreement with the federal government.
