Text

(a)The department of education shall submit interpretations and directives from the United States department of education regarding the implementation of department rules that provide guidance to this state to the chair of the government operations committee of the house of representatives, the chair of the government operations committee of the senate, the chair of the education instruction committee of the house of representatives, the chair of the education administration committee of the house of representatives, the chair of the education committee of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the speaker of the senate.
(b)The chairs of the government operations committees shall disseminate the interpretations and directives submitted by the department of education
