Text

Every person, firm, or corporation having satisfied the provisions of § 45-6-206 and having paid the business tax and any other taxes as provided by law, and having produced to the county clerk satisfactory evidence of good character as to being a suitable person or persons to carry on the business of pawnbroker, shall be granted a license as herein provided. The license issued hereunder shall state the name of the person, firm, or corporation to whom issued, the place of business and street number where the business is located and the amount of capital employed, and shall entitle the person receiving the same to do business at the place designated in the license.
