Text

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1)"Baby chicks" means all domestic fowl six (6) weeks of age or under;
(2)"Department" means department of agriculture; and (3) "Person" includes every person, partnership, firm, company, association, society, public auction, community sale, sale pavilion, syndicate, and corporation.
