Text

A cooperative amending its articles of organization shall deliver to the secretary of state for filing articles of amendment setting forth:

(1)The name of the cooperative;
(2)The text of each amendment adopted;
(3)The date of each amendment's adoption;
(4)If an amendment was duly adopted by the board of directors without member action, a statement to that effect and that member action was not required; and (5) If an amendment was duly adopted by the members, a statement to that effect.
