§ 43-13-104 — Eligibility for membership on commission
Tennessee·Title 43
To be eligible for appointment to, and membership on, the commission, a person must:
(1)Be a legal resident of this state at the time of appointment; and (2) Have personal or professional experience in and knowledge of the equine industry in this state.
