§ 4-6-135 — Sale of mining or industrial products - Approval of contracts

(a) All contracts covering the sale or disposal of the output of the state mines, or any factories or industries operated by the state, must be submitted to the commissioner of correction for the commissioner's approval. (b) All such contracts shall, before the same become effective, be transmitted, with all papers and recommendations, to the commissioner, and shall be effective only from the date of their approval.
