Text
(a)The sports wagering advisory council is authorized to promulgate rules, as the sports wagering advisory council may deem necessary, to effectuate the purposes of this part. All such rules shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
(b)The sports wagering advisory council is authorized to carry out this part through existing divisions within its office or by creating a new division as may be deemed necessary by the sports wagering advisory council.
