Text
(a)The council shall prepare and submit an annual report to the governor, the speaker of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives containing the following information:
(1)The number of active licensees;
(2)The aggregate gross and net revenue of all licensees; and (3) The financial impact on this state and local governments as the result of the sports wagering industry in this state.
(b)The report prepared under subsection (a) must be submitted not later than September 30 of each year. A report submitted under subsection (a) may be submitted electronically.
