There are created and established the following administrative departments of state government:
(1)Department of agriculture;
(2)Department of audit;
(3)Department of children's services;
(4)Department of commerce and insurance;
(5)Department of correction;
(6)Department of economic and community development;
(7)Department of education;
(8)Department of environment and conservation;
(9)Department of finance and administration;
(10)Department of financial institutions;
(11)Department of general services;
(12)Department of health;
(13)Department of human resources;
(14)Department of human services;
(15)Department of disability and aging;
(16)Department of labor and workforce development;
(17)Department of mental health and substance abuse services;
