Text
It is the duty of the board to:
(1)Adopt rules governing its proceedings;
(2)Elect a chair and secretary;
(3)Keep permanent and accurate records of its proceedings;
(4)Establish criteria for making awards;
(5)Adopt rules and regulations to carry out this chapter;
(6)Approve each award made; and (7) Meet at least quarterly to evaluate suggestions made by employees.
