Text
(a)The members of the commission shall serve without additional compensation, but shall be entitled to reimbursement for their necessary expenses. All reimbursement for travel expenses shall be in accordance with the comprehensive travel regulations as promulgated by the department of finance and administration and approved by the attorney general and reporter.
(b)The commission shall have such administrative personnel as are necessary to carry out its purpose and charge, who shall be attached to the department of treasury for administrative purposes. The personnel shall be subject to personnel policies and regulations which are applicable to employees of the department of treasury, such as leave, compensation, classification, and travel requests.
