§ 36-3-304 — Form of certificate
Tennessee·Title 36
The clerk shall, on each license, place the following form of certificate, to be signed by the person solemnizing the marriage: "I solemnize the rite of matrimony between the above (or within) named parties on the ____________________ day of ____________________, ____________________."
