Text
If the terms of the trust, an agreement of the qualified beneficiaries, an exercise of the authority described in § 35-15-716 , or a court order requires a trustee, trust advisor, or trust protector to follow the direction of a trust advisor, trust protector, or trustee, and the trustee, trust advisor, or trust protector acts in accordance with such direction, then the trustee, trust advisor, or trust protector so directed must be treated as an excluded fiduciary.
