If the governor approves the bill, joint resolution, or order, the governor shall write upon the same, to the left of and below the signatures of the speakers of the two (2) houses, the fact and date of approval, as follows: "Approved ____________________, 20____________________," and shall sign the same as follows: " ______________, Governor."
