Text

(a)The Tennessee advisory commission on intergovernmental relations shall study and prepare a report on the impact of this part, including:
(1)The impact on deployment of broadband;
(2)The fiscal impact on authorities resulting from the administrative process required by this part;
(3)Best practices from the perspective of applicants and authorities;
(4)Best practices in other states and identify opportunities to advance the quality of transportation in this state by utilizing technological applications, sometimes referred to as "smart transportation applications," that are supported by small wireless facilities; and (5) Recommendations for changes to this part based on the study's findings.
