Text
Buildings are exempt from this code as follows:
(1)All nonresidential farm buildings;
(2)All temporary buildings used exclusively for construction purposes; and (3) [Deleted by 2023 amendment.]
(4)Additions to one-family and two-family dwellings which:
(A)Are less than ten percent (10%) of the square footage of the dwelling; and (B) Have more than fifty percent (50%) of the total outside wall and roof space composed of glass.
