Text
(a)All meetings of the authority's board, including the organization's meeting provided for in § 11-25-106(c) , shall be open to the public, pursuant to § 8-44-102 . Notice and an agenda for such meetings shall be mailed to each board member and published on the authority's website at least five (5) days prior to the date of the meeting. Special meetings may be held at any time upon waiver of notice of a meeting by all board members, or may be called by the chair or any two (2) board members at any time, upon three (3) days' notice to all board members and published on the authority's website.
(b)A majority of the board members constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. A majority vote of the board members in attendance at any meeting of the board is sufficient to authorize an
