§ 11-14-302 — Part definitions

Tennessee·Title 11

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1)"Mineral" means all forms of minerals including, but not limited to, oil, gas, and coal; and (2) "Trust fund" means the natural resources trust fund created by this part.
