The provisions of chapter 612 of the Public Acts of 1972, reducing the age limitations from twenty-one (21) years of age to eighteen (18) years of age in [former] §§ 23-1-102 [repealed], 23-1-107, [former] 34-1-106 [repealed], [former] 34-2-201 [repealed], [former] 34-3-412 [repealed], [former] 35-7-102 [repealed], 36-1-102, 36-1-105 and 57-4-203 and the definition of "minor" in § 1-3-105 shall not be considered as repealing or otherwise limiting the provisions of §§ 1-3-113 and 1-3-114 .
