Text

No bylaw made by any township shall take effect before the publication thereof for three consecutive days in a daily, or for two consecutive weeks in a weekly newspaper of general circulation in said township; and such bylaws, duly made and so published, are binding upon all persons coming within the limits of the township as well as upon the inhabitants thereof, and shall remain in force until altered or repealed at some subsequent township meeting. The township clerk shall publish notice of any changes in the bylaws in the manner hereinbefore provided and shall make an entry in the township records of the time when and the manner in which such notice was published.
