In the administration of this title, the South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation shall co-operate to the fullest extent consistent with the provisions of this title, with the secretary of labor and regulation of the United States; shall make such reports, in the form and containing the information as the secretary of labor and regulation may from time to time require. The department shall comply with such provisions as the secretary of labor and regulation may from time to time find necessary to assure the correctness and verification of such reports.
