South Dakota·Title 60 LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT·Ch. 60-2 OBLIGATIONS OF EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE

An employer shall in all cases indemnify an employee for losses caused by the employer's want of ordinary care.
