§ 6-16-8 — Promulgation of rules.

South Dakota·Title 6 LOCAL GOVERNMENT GENERALLY·Ch. 6-16 SPECIAL DISTRICTS

The State Board of Elections may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 concerning:

(1)The petition form for the formation of a special district;

(2)The notice of election; and (3) The nominating petition. The petition form and notice of election shall include a description of the proposed district boundaries.
