The provisions of the 1991 amendments to §§ 58-7-1 , 58-7-3 , 58-7-6 , 58-7-12 , 58-7-13 , 58-7-14 , 58-7-16 , 58-7-18 , 58-7-20 , 58-7-21 , 58-7-24 , 58-7-25 , 58-7-28 , 58-7-34 , 58-7-35 , 58-7-36 , 58-7-38 , and shall supersede any and all depository or custodial requirements found in any other sections of this title.
