If the person required to file the statement referred to in § 58-5A-3 is a partnership, limited partnership, syndicate or other group, the director may require that the information called for by subdivisions 58-5A-4(1) to (14), inclusive, shall be given with respect to each partner of the partnership or limited partnership, each member of the syndicate or group, and each person who controls a partner or member. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
