§ 58-5-41 — Voting rights of members of domestic mutual insurer.

South Dakota·Title 58 INSURANCE·Ch. 58-4A ORGANIZATION AND GENERAL POWERS OF INSURERS
The bylaws of a domestic mutual insurer shall provide that each member is entitled to one vote upon each matter coming to a vote at meetings of members and that a member shall have the right to vote in person or by his written proxy. Such proxy shall be for a reasonable specified period of time subject to revocation by a member at any time by written notice to the secretary of the company.
