§ 58-5-30 — Contingent liability of member of mutual insurer not terminated by termination of policy.

South Dakota·Title 58 INSURANCE·Ch. 58-4A ORGANIZATION AND GENERAL POWERS OF INSURERS
Termination of the policy of any member of a domestic mutual insurer shall not relieve him of contingent liability for his prorata share, if any, of the obligations of the insurer which accrued while the policy was in force.
