§ 58-5-134 — Merger or consolidation of mutual insurers--Procedure.
A domestic mutual insurer may merge or consolidate with another insurer under the applicable procedures prescribed by the statutes of this state applying to corporations formed for profit, subject to the provisions of §§ 58-5-135 and 58-5-136 .
