South Dakota·Title 58 INSURANCE·Ch. 58-4A ORGANIZATION AND GENERAL POWERS OF INSURERS
No domestic insurer or insurance producer thereof may knowingly solicit insurance business in any reciprocating state in which it is not then licensed as an authorized insurer.
