South Dakota Statutes
§ 58-41-45 — Discrimination as misdemeanor.
No health maintenance organization or representative thereof may discriminate in the rates charged enrollees except in accordance with accepted actuarial principles. Violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
