§ 58-38-21 — Notice required by medical and surgical plan corporation for rate increase.
Forty - five days before a contract rate increase is effective, the medical and surgical plan corporation shall notify the group employer or association in writing that the contract rate for the medical and surgical plan operated by the corporation will be increased.
