Text

The director of the Division of Insurance, after approving the articles of merger, shall submit the proposed articles of merger to the attorney general for examination. If the attorney general finds that the articles of merger comply with the provisions of §§ 58-35-60 to 58-35-74 , inclusive, and the constitution and laws of the United States and of this state, the attorney general shall endorse and return the proposed articles to the director. The director shall submit the original and two copies to the secretary of state for approval.
