§ 58-35-35 — Maximum amount of insurance on single risk.
The maximum amount of insurance which an insurer shall retain on a single risk, after deduction of applicable reinsurance, shall not exceed ten percent of the admitted assets of the insurer or ten thousand dollars, whichever is the larger amount.
