Text

The Division of Insurance shall regularly report to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners regarding its regulatory activities and its complaint handling. The reports shall include information on all disciplinary actions taken and all consumer complaints received. In the reports the division shall, to the extent reasonably possible, use accepted National Association of Insurance Commissioners databases. The report may not be considered a public record open to inspection pursuant to § 1-27-1 .
