Text

An authorized agency accepting information from an insurer pursuant to §§ 58-33-76 and 58-33-77 shall provide within thirty days of a written request therefor any information in its possession or control relevant to the suspected false or fraudulent claim, statement, or representation of which the insurer notified the agency. An authorized agency receiving information pursuant to §§ 58-33-76 and 58-33-77 may release or provide any relevant information in its possession to any other authorized agency.
